THE NON-FEARFUL BODY CLUB
With Phoenix Chase-Meares
Welcome to the radical and transformative experience of the "How to access the Non-Fearful Body" workshop (HANFB), a dynamic exploration of movement and sound research. This workshop is not just an ordinary movement workshop - it is a joyful rebellion against learned social codes that stifle genuine self-expression in our everyday lives. As we dive into the HANFB workshops, we embark on a journey that introduces a revolutionary toolkit. These tools empower participants to break free from conventional norms, unlocking new physical modalities and reshaping their connection with sound and body awareness. Through a blend of movement, music, humour, and introspection, we navigate the complex landscapes of fear, anxiety, shame, and ego, ultimately discovering and connecting with our authentic selves. We're very excited to welcome you into this 4 part series - feel free to join One, or all Four as we dive deep into taking control and having autonomy over our authentic bodies!

Sliding scale
We use a sliding scale to make courses as affordable as possible. Here’s how to use it: Lower end: You don’t have a stable income. Mid range: You have a less stable financial situation and are more selective about where you spend your money. Higher end: You experience relative financial stability. Solidarity spot: You’re experiencing financial precarity and wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford to come to a workshop.
